Rebalancing the weapons

I fired an entire Command Glock into an injured security officer in a hardsuit, he was completely fine.
4 buckshot shots into a small xeno aren’t enough to kill it.
The pulse rifles are a joke. 10 lethal ammo per magazine, with boarders taking 8+ shots to crit. Not to mention there’s a very low amount of ammo in the armory, which I don’t think can be printed.
Meanwhile syndicate weapons crit in ~5 hits and have much bigger magazines, and I think they can get a pistol that just disables the limb (except chest & head) it hits, sort of like one of the only good NT weapons, the detective’s revolver.
